I am not a huge fan of Comedy Central these days. I just don’t find most of the “comedy” funny. It all seems pretty re-hashed, repetitive, and has to drop an F-bomb or say something vulgar every few sentences. Yea, real funny. They are more in being shocking than actually funny. Of course, nobody really cares about being shocked anymore, we’re bored with it. Read more…
I just realized, thanks to an email from Blake, that I never did a followup of my previous post on Leopard install on an older Powerbook. Well, here it is.I have an iMac 2.0 Core2Duo (20”), 3GB of ram, 250GB HD, etc. It’s essentially the basic iMac offering, with some added ram. I am like many people who have spent time building a decent home theater, with components hand picked for different purposes. The more it built up, the more remotes came along with it. While it was not hard for me to use these remotes, it was a little bit annoying. Read more…
I have been really surprised at the so called “developer” blacklash coming at Apple for updating the iPhone software. All of this baloney about Apple attacking developers or hindering them unfairly is just pathetic and immature. If you’re a developer creating an iPhone hack that messes with the phone’s software, and you’re upset with Apple, you have only yourself to blame. Read more…
